Now if you are involved in an active DCF case, watch out! They are cruel, heartless and are only after everything. In the cases they were actually needed, they were not there. They seem to like to go and cause heartache to families that are functioning just fine. Who the hell do they think they are. My opinion…. they are filthy, lying, people who need to crawl back into the hole they came from. They make FAR FAR to much money, in my opinion they need to shut them down, eliminate half of them, hire an agency that really wants to help. It would save the state hundreds of thousands of dollars, so instead of the lay offs for the people who are actually WORKING can continue to do so. I have yet to hear of the state wanting to do any sort of layoffs within the DCF agency. And I strongly believe they should start there.

3. Commonly Used Terms From Civil and Criminal Court Cases How on earth could educated people on acronyms be anything but accurate unless I am incorrect, but again, those came directly from the ct.gov website.

Very informative and I agree with Joseph Doyle concerning his research. I have researched studies about childhood abuse and neglect and children who have been abandoned to child protection services are worse off then had they stayed with their original family. I also believe if resources were made available to families such as good paying jobs and community supportive nonprofit organization many of these troubled families would thrive! Unfortunately, I’ve seen so many instances where no one helps the family learn how to do better because of corrupt courts and profiting DCF agencies. It seems as if they would rather destroy families than hold them together! Thank you for giving voice to the children and families who have been abused by these so called proactive agencies.

My son at 6 weeks old was a Crime Victim were the Department of Children and Families felt that it was in the my son best interest NOT to report all the fracture to Waterbury Criminal Court because it would interfere with their(DCF) malicious prosecution of myself. They(DCF) felt I was High Risk because I was sexual assaulted as a child and for that they(DCF) let a man get away with fracturing my 6 week old son skull and ruining our lives.
The problem with DCF is that it is a culture of Narcissism cause by immense power with no accountably. I am asking for accountably from DCF. I filed a CHRO complaint against them, and I am going to file a Federal complaint.
Why I am writing to you is because I would like you to order the new Attorney General to arrest all the DCF workers involve with this crime.
(c) Any Mandated reporter who fails to report an incident of known or reasonably suspected child abuse or neglect as required by this section is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by up to 6 months confinement in a county jail or by a fine of $1000.00 or both that imprisonment and fine. If a mandated reported intentionally conceals his or her failure to report an incident known by the mandated reporter to be abuse or severe neglect under this section, the failure to report is a continuing offense
Please do not let them con you into thinking they (DCF) have absolute immunity because in Johnson V. Sackets, 793 So. 2d 20,25 (Fla Dist. Ct. App 2d Dist. 2001) the Best Interest of the child is qualified immunity. Which is very true here in Connecticut when you have a large population of people who have been terrorize and traumatize by this agency for stealing their children with malicious prosecution.

@ Kimberly. Thank you for sharing your story on this site. I agree, holding mandated reporters accountable is the only way to ensure they are doing their jobs. When people in power are not held accountable for the lack of duty they should be tried and charged with those crimes.
I cannot imagine what this has done to you and your baby boys life Kimberly and I am so sorry to hear what you both have gone through. No infant should undergo such malicious treatment at the hands of some money-grubbing provider when his mother is perfectly capable of loving that child and for such an invalid claim. I am outraged at such lack of care! Shocking…simply shocking to hear about such absolute disregard for the health and welfare of this helpless child and what this must have done to you! CORPUS CHRISTI — A judge Monday sanctioned a former CPS supervisor who pleaded guilty last month to making a false report of abuse to 90 days in jail.
Grizelda Lopez-Hess, 38, pleaded guilty May 22 to a charge of making a false report of abuse. She was accused of making a call to the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services on Oct. 9 and making a false indecency with a child report. The false report was made months after Lopez-Hess no longer was employed by CPS, which falls under that department.

I would like to thank ALL OF OUR FRIENDS that responded to the negative person who wrote about how horrible our site was, and the “saviors” this person claims DCF workers are.
We decided to take down all of this persons comments because this site is full of the truth, and feeding into a person likes that is giving them what they want… this site will not allow people to be so rude. It is disruptive and upsetting to others including myself. We are here to help, not to create or feed into drama. How is it that this state allows a man who when a 12 year old boy reveals that this man sat him down and told him how to have sex is in his right mind to have a 3 year old girl in is custody. These two woman have bad pasts, one of them involving illegal weapons and drugs and the other who had foster kids of her own had issues with harming children.Why is the norfolk public schools allowing meaghan to use thier computers to respond to this website.Why is my 3 year old with a child molestor at this moment. Sadly the actions of these workers will forever haunt these innocent children. They have taken away their feeling of security and safety. These agencies are breeding hate wanting our future, our children to be angry, scared and to always wonder…. will they come again? The parents, the grandparents that feel so helpless when you can hear their cry for help even from miles away. It is a shame that so many children are robbed of their innocence because of these workers. The removal of a child is so devastating to the entire family.

As the days goes on, I am witnessing the effects of the harm that dcf causes a child to have to go through..Pts is a disorder that occurs in all children who have been taken abruptly from their homes and family. They are not equipped with how to handle this stress and therefore it becomes an illness.We as parents MUST make sure that DCF is providing the right kinds of help they need to get through this.We as HUMANS MUST act to help others understand their rights when it comes to DCF. It is no place for a child to be living, but dcf thinks its acceptable. Thank god he is returning home to us after a year of being in the custody of dcf. Just recently , my daughter was asked by the torrington dcf office to speak at a meeting that they are setting up to revise how dcf is run. They want input on what works and what dosent from the parents. Im glad that they choose my daughter because they have messed up in so many ways on this case.Again, Meagan Hinnchey is harrassing my family, but this time my brother,What she dosent know is that i have educated them so when she comes knocking at their door, she will be pleasantly surprized that she will be outwitted this time. They have visited this site and read everything on here and now is up to speed with the laws and rights they have concerning DCF. and to elaborate on the 3 year old who happens to be MY grand daughter. I have written the DCF comissioner and made her aware of the 3 year old and their decision to put her in the hands of a child molester. Appartently she was sleeping on the job that day and couldnt find the time to respond to a letter with information of that magittude. My grandson was blamed for what he has done and dcf put him in the center for children in hamden where he suffered 8 beatings and had a cup of urine thrown in his face, all of which no arrests were made. The dcf hotline was called everytime and even once by a dcf social worker, but NOTHING was done. Now tell me, if you have received a letter that says a 3 year old is in danger and is with a child moleater, would uyou turn your back on this like the DCF comissioner just did? By God, THIUS will be the downfall of MISSY HENNESSEY and MEAGHAN HINCHEY and the comiisioner because I will not shut up again!!!
