I had an emergency c section on April 2, 2011 and after she was born the social worker from Sacred Heart Hospital came in to my room to talk to me and said she had to make a report to DCF but at the time of delivery my child and myself were tested clean, I need help understanding what grounds they have to do so if we were clean and I need help finding an attornet to help me. I have been investigated on false accusations for the fourth time and I’m tired of it. DCF came in my house with permission, but then immediately began illegally searching my house without permission or a warrant,opened my bathroom door and made me take a drug test in front of them and much more. I am in a case against me and my wife are going through devorce and she has made some harsh statements against me and dcf was called in by the state police and due to a criminal history 8 years before I meet my wife who is very well aware of my past dcf is using my past to force us into devorce (telling my wife she should have never been with me and if she and I get back together they will take the kids away from her) this is mentally putting our three children and us through hell and neither one of us can afford the help we need. In April 2011 my son Quadir Williams was taken from my custody by DCF due to false accusations and bogus statements made by the school and DCF worker Christine Sheppard. The courts were petitioned for an OTC using a sworn statement that contained nothing but false statements. I have documents and witnesses that can prove line for line that the statements are false.
About a few weeks after my son was removed from my care I get a phone call from Saint Raphael hospital in New Haven stating that I need to come to the hospital ER my son needs to be admitted. I wasn’t given any info so I rushed from Shelton to the ER running lights, stop signs etc trying to get to my son. After arriving at the hospital I see my 8yr old baby I damn near cried my son look as if he can back from a battle field his clothes was torn, his back was bruised he had multiple scratches and bruises on his face and he was crying to me that he wants to come home, Everyone hates him and he told me that he was kicked in the stomach. I have pictures. I asked the nurse where is DCF I was told ” we have called the DCF hotline and left numerous messages but no one called us back and we couldn’t treat unless we had consent so we called you” My son spent the entire weekend at the Hospital and DCF was not even aware that he was there until Monday late afternoon…3days after his admission. When DCF finally was made aware of quadir’s hospital admission they told me that I was not suppose to go to the hospital when I was called and they prevented the staff from given my the the documented details about Quadir’s bruises. The nurse and doctor the night Quadir was admitted had did a quick exam and document his injuries and promised me a copy of their findings but DCF bared them from releasing the info from me.
My son has ADHD and I been bringing him to see a doctor for that but I haven’t had him start on medication yet because his doctor was sending him for different testing such as gentic testing and cardio testing due to the fact his father passed from Long QT syndrome. DCF on the other hand due to the fact that they wwant to keep him in their care and have him placed where ever they want him scared myself and my mother into making a decision that we were not comfortable with by threatening us. we were told ” IF you are unwilling to have your son take ADHD medication then you are unfit to be a care giver for the child.”
Every time I visit my son I want to break out in tears for the condition I see my baby in. I had my Quadir when I was 16 and I bust my ass to give him a good life. Seeing my child look like a homeless parent-less orphan is worse than labor pains

They are neither. They like to strip you of your civil rights, but my hope is that more people educate themselves enough to protect themselves. Because if “that” day ever were to come, and they are standing at the door, at least then they will know what is right and what is wrong. I had a son Zachary williams in 99 and they took him when he was a year old because my brother and his wife wrote a letter to my husband and he called DCF in willimantic ct and dcf started calling me and I did not want to speak to them they kept calling. Then they made accusation about me that where not even true they where going by what my ex-husband was saying instead of getting the whole story from me plus they where listening to what the other family members where saying. They would not listen to me at all. There was nothing wrong with my family we where all happy. Then one day when I came home with my child a DCF worker and the housing authority director and the cops where staking out the house and then they showed up at my door Yes I let them in and I was very uncomfortable and confused I felt like I was trapped and no where to go. The child was upstairs asleep and then I went up and got him and he had a dirty diaper but thats normal for a child who just woke up. I went upstairs to the bathroom and the officer followed me like I was going to leave thru the bathroom window I don’t think so. Then they accused me of putting beer in my childs formula they tested it and it was neg. they put him through genitic testing because they assumed he had fetal alchol syndrom that came back neg. then they said he could not speak he was speaking fine when I had him. So they where teaching him sign language. then when I go visit him hesmelled and his hair was dirty looking. then DCF also said he was out of control and they kept bouncing him around. I miss my child alot he was born 4/30/99. they said I filed a police report but I did not sign it somebody else did. they where taking what I was saying what happened with my ex husband and saying my father did it. They twisted everything around. THEY ARE CORRUPT THERE IS NO DOUBT ABOUT THAT THEY KNOW HOW TO DESTROY A FAMILY. I WOULD LOVE TO BE REUNITED WITH MY SON AGAIN. address. Dcf workers came to my house with no court order and took my children from me. When they got to my house they ran inside kidnapped my children . My mother was at my house at the time and told them that she would bring the kids to her house until things got sorted out but they refused. One worker named Jan Roberta has made it her quest to hurt my family. The first time she met me she called me a black sheep because my chidren are bi racial. Their claim was that I put my children in danger because of hearsay. I went to the store with my kids that day while they went to my daughter’s father looking for me. After they forced their way into his home, assaulted his father, and forced his mother to be late for work they came to my house and searched my whole house without a warrant and took kids. They laughed while taking them and told me that they can do whatever they wanted. Now unless I am super woman, how can I be at two places at once. I have never put my kids in danger, dcf put my kids in danger when they room them without probable cause or imminent danger. I really don’t know the law but I know that illegal search and seizure, no due process and many more are civil rights violations and infliction of emotional distress. After all my court dates they still have my children for no reason. I provided all that could have cleared the case, somehow I and my children are being played. And because I don’t have the means to defend the case I was stucked with a pd who did do shat I asked. I asked to go to trial right away and he did not. He told me that, just do what the people recommended and I would have my children. It never happened I found out that he was friend with Jan Roberta and he did not want to go to trial. I have done everything they asked of me but after all this I found out that he was stalling the case in order to give them enough time to file for termination of rights. The attorney never filed any motions even when dcf breaks the court decision. Social workers used fraudulent papers go take children. Jan Roberta lives on the same street as me therefore she was stalking me,looking through my windows. One day I had people working in my house,later on that day Jan Roberta threatened me and tod me that I could not talk to anyone unless I notify her. She has made my life miserable when I had no children in my care. She called the housing dept and tried to have my voucher revoked. She threatened my therapist after the therapist refused go give my records. She told my therapist to follow me when she refused her she took it upon herself to stalk me. After I moved away from the street we shared she did not know my address. One day she asked a question about where I live and who was living there with me I told her its my house n my lease, she decide to tell me that she has been in my mailbox, she has been checking my house early morning and late afternoon but she has not seen me. She said all that in front of the pu license defender, and the PD told her that she was not allowed to do that and from now on she would need to speak to her but not me. The worker has canceled my visit for no reasons, I am not allowed to speak to my children. I have to call 24 hours before my visit. Even my job was in jeopardy because my visit would be switched at the last minute and I lost the job. Jan Roberta told me that she can find a way to read my mail because I have PO box now after I found out what she was doing. My children have told me that they were being told what to say and they have threatened them when they tell me what they were being forced to say and do. My daughter’s father went to court in order to get his visitation, Jan Roberta made up false reports, pressed the people where the children are living into writing false statements in order to deny visitation. My daughter was fine when she lived with me but after expressing my views on the visitation issue, Jan Roberta told the court that the children were in therapy and that it would not be a good idea to have the visitation. I found this ironic because the issue was never raised before until the father challenged their decision which tgd judge did not impose .Jan Roberta brought the children’s counselor hoping that she would side with dcf by saying that the children were afraid. But the counselor refused to lie, even after the aag tried to lead the witness. Suddenly the aag requested a recess due to the fact that their case was weak and did not want the judge to rule and set a precedent, therefore a deal was struck. I am asking g for help to Sue these workers and their employer for violation of my civil rights, my children civil rights, due process, racial discrimination and all other violations like 4th and 14th amendment. God, when will this all end? I just found out that missy hennessey handed over custody to a man that we just found out molested my grandson, they made a hotline report and dcf refused it!!!!!! You know that the time dcf called me in the office because i wrote my stories on here, they cringed at the statement ….we are standing behind the 1st admendment.The torrington program manager was at the meeting and couldnt utter a word cause she has no clue! Why does this pig have my grandaughter who was high on drugs everytime he visited his daughter at the torrington dcf office, they also were clueless!!!! and again, the childrens center in hamdem sent my grandson home with a bruise on his leg the size of a football, this is the 9th time he was beaten up at that center and no arrests were made, i guess kids can just get beat up while in thier system and its okay!!!! they need to be shut down, whats wrong with this state!!! DCF will answer to all the abuse charges that will come forth, and if you think i will find a lawyer that will back down, just think again, I want the money back that you gave to my grandaughters foster mom named cricket in sharon that she used to pay her mortage in florida returned to my grandaughter….I am one woman who will not back down and will write 5 more stories for this site.

I left a long story here and it got deleted. Dcf is trying to take custody of my little one and terminate my parental rights of my oldest child.All because I wanted to help and protect my children. My oldest has behavorial problems and they refused to help me and when a tragic incident happened I brought my oldest to the police for help and safety and dcf charged me with neglect.Now they sent me court papers filled with lies. Dcf stole my kids under fabrication and lies. I have lots of evidence they against them on there fraud and the juvenile court in rockville refused to look at my evidence and would not let me submit it and would not let me file a court report on it. Judge Jorge simon at rockville juvenile court in Vernon ct seems to take dcfs word for every thing and refuses to have dcfs fraudulant evidence investigated. Pleas help. I don’t know what to do with my income to low to get a attorney. So because of that dcf gets to take advantage of me and destroy my life by keeping the best thing I have my kids. PEASE………….HELP…………..
