October 18th Ralph Johnson has his day in Court for the alleged charges of Breach of Peace, Criminal Trespassing and Public Indecency. Not sure how they came up with Criminal trespassing but that is for the courts to decide. So what did he do you ask?
Well it was a nice warm day in July (the 29th to be exact) and at almost 10am in the morning Ralph had nothing better to do so he decided to lay in the bushes outside of the Norwalk Department of Children and Families and pleasure himself. DCF workers reported seeing him outside the office window in the bushes masturbating. Sounds like for once they got a taste of their own medicine, and not a good taste 
.
When police showed up Mr. Johnson was still laying in the Bushes but was fully clothed and just relaxing. I guess that means it is a homeless sex offendors word against the entire DCF department in Norwalk.
Personally my vote is still in the air, I am not sure who is a more credible and reliable witness. I guess the only thing we could say for sure is we know the homeless man was working harder then anyone in the office. ZING!

Although Mr. Ralph might get in a little trouble, but seriously!!! He was working, criminal trespassing, well which part of him? Maybe he was just trying to apply for a job! As the story says “at least someone was working that day” I think Ralph should get the social workers pay for that day. HE WORKED, and I am sure he did not try to take kids for profit. Ok I suppose what he did was not the best choice, but golly gee he made a dam good statement without saying a word.
