If DCF/CPS shows up at your door, it will be unexpected. (Unless you are doing something wrong and know someone called on you) You have rights, if they show up you DO NOT HAVE TO LET THEM IN THE FRONT DOOR,SIDE DOOR, ANY DOOR in your home. They will try everything to get inside to speak to you and your child/children. DO NOT LET THEM IN. They will try to scare you, tell you they will call the police, or you kids will be taken away. It is not true, they do not tell the truth. They are there to check on the child/children, ask them for a business card, and let them know they can SEE the child/children bring them outside of the door so they can see that they are fine and in no immediate danger. Do not answer any questions, and do not let them speak to the children. 

This is your right, you are protected by law. The 4th and 14th amendment. Those are the two DCF/CPS abuse the most. And with how vulnerable you are when they show up, they are aware  of how intimidating they can be and they use that as the wedge to slip in and destroy your life… as you sign papers, and have what seems like harmless conversation they are taking every single word you say and I can assure you they are only looking for bad. They twist and turn your words. When they leave, you have no idea how much information they seized from you. Be smart, follow these simple steps. You do not want this agency that seems to enjoy destroying families.

4TH AMENDMENT

‘The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized

14TH AMENDMENT

Its Citizenship Clause provides a broad definition of citizenship that overruled the Dred Scott v. Sandford (1857) holding that blacks could not be citizens of the United States.

Its Due Process Clause prohibits state and local governments from depriving persons of life, liberty, or property without certain steps being taken to ensure fairness. This clause has been used to make most of the Bill of Rights applicable to the states, as well as to recognize substantive and procedural rights.

Its Equal Protection Clause requires each state to provide equal protection under the law to all people within its jurisdiction. This clause was the basis for Brown v. Board of Education (1954), the Supreme Court decision which precipitated the dismantling of racial segregation in the United States.

The amendment also includes a number of clauses dealing with the Confederacy and its officials
