DCF Ct, lies, corruption to keep a paycheck

Yes I do believe it is true. Along with thousands of others. your filthy lies, false reports all to keep you busy, and employed. while you are worried about losing your job with the 2011 layoffs you are destroying families for you own selfish needs. Your pay is quite nice, benefits wrapped in a bow and you get more paid days off then days worked. Well maybe it equals out. But you do a lot of damage on your “working days”  or napping in the park, going home on our tax dollars. But what do you care, you have it made. Don’t hold your breath, or bet the farm that you still have your cushy job when it is all said and done.

There are state workers that do what they were hired to do. As for Ct DCF NOT SO MUCH. The very few Social Workers that do care, can’t even rate because of all of the dirty ones. You all need PSYC EVALUATIONS. That’s expensive though… but then again your agency gets millions a year. To do the things you do… and you have about 3,500 people working for the CT Department of Children and Families. With last year having around 6,300 substantiations  so you do the math. It doesn’t make sense to me. No fear… WE HAVE THE LAYOFF LIST HERE. But do you think we would actually post it, here is a hint…. order of layoff, part 2 of the 2012 contract’s. We have it… but just like you keep children away from their parent’s, we can do the same. Who will be re-hired? Who won’t? State of Ct bargaining team…. awwwwwwwwww oh and regional locations

Here is a section for you to leave a comment, an idea, what you have been through, what you are going through. It doesn’t matter what it is, please keep it civil, there is a lot of wrong being done out there, and a lot of people are in fear of losing their job’s. And it is sad, making a living is hard enough having a job. And there are so many good men and women at risk it is unfair.

To Everyone That Works For CT DCF…Your Tactics To Save Your Job, 2011 Layoffs

Your tactics disgust me, along with so many others. You are making story’s about families in ATTEMPT to keep your job.  Well rest assure the layoff list has already been created. Your work ethic, something most of you do not have, but the false report’s and threats, your “96 hour hold” that turns out to be a lot longer, with most all of your own rules broken. Here is a little suggestion, think before you act, think before you speak, most of all what the dirty workers have done, and continue to do will be posted. Taking children away from their homes, falsely accusing . You may not have a job, who knows, but what is worse not having your job and having a clean name?Or having no job and a bad name to go with it.

As so many have you have not given people the choice, you may run into that problem yourself. Not my choice, it is the people that have become fed up with the job you do. So while everyone is wondering about having a job, it would be nice to hear that you are A) fixing your wrongs and B) doing your job properly.

We see that so many workers check to see if their name is here, and yes it is. And now people that have been done wrong by workers will be telling all, who they are. So as you do, keep looking and if you are one of the few that does help families, then no worries. There are angry people that have had their children taken away and have not been heard, they now are able to.

2011 Layoff’s, CT DCF Should be at the top

Yes , it is said, the layoff’s should start with CT DCF. They ruin lives with the $800 million dollar a year budget. If you are one of the many possibly facing a layoff, when you do your job, and you are NEEDED in this state, please look into the information on this site, you will see where your job should be more secure than the people, the agency CT Department Of Children And Families. Contact the Governor, ask why this agency is able to have so much money, to waste on false reports, broken laws,threats. Save your job! Speak up about what is right what is wrong. This agency DCF should be at the TOP of the layoff list.

New CT DCF Benefits Sounding Really nice to me.

So, unless a DCF worker yells ‘aaaiiiiiioooooooooo’  while kicking your baby down the street and they do wrong, and you decide you want to press charges and criminal or civil, guess who gets to pay the bill. That’s right US THE TAX PAYERS OF CT.

Not only that, if the state is part of the lawsuit as well, the worker can request money from the state for a personal attorney.  SO.. the CT DCF comes into your house, stomps all over your civil rights and liberties, you get upset and this is how it all goes down. That’s really F****d UP.

You take them to court and you pay for your lawyer, you pay for the dcf workers lawyer and you pay for the states lawyer.  Not only that but because of all this grief you are putting the DCF worker through, we are going to pay for them to get the help of a therapist and possible sick leave.
