When are children allowed to use their rights that our government gave them? That’s the question I will be looking to get answered in the near future. I have had to ask myself that question many times in this past year. It is a question I want at least one of the presidential candidates to answer. Every year all I hear from them is what they are going to do to get us out of debt. Okay, blah,blah,blah. It is the crap we hear every election time. What I want to hear is when our government will stop allowing the Department of Children and Family services to illegally kidnap our children and allow them to be adopted out to anyone so their agency can make money. It turned into a money making scheme and the government is aware of it.

I have never seen an election where they talked and debated about the safety of our children. Please correct me if I am wrong,but that is based on what I have seen personally. Did you ever hear them talk about the children that they have institutionalized because they have no homes for them? Have you heard them talk about the emotional and physical abuse they are put through while in the states custody? And when they reach the age of 18 they say they are not responsible anymore and good luck to you! They send them out into a world having had no love, only fear, no hope, only confused and it can go on. I want a candidate to speak up about this agency. Maybe if they did they would get a hell of a lot more voters. I know that they would get my vote.

Due process, okay does this mean that everyone is protected by this law or is there a age that you have to be for this to take effect? Unless someone can prove otherwise, then I’m guessing that it protects our children from birth. So it’s a fact that the Department of Children and Family services has broken our law thousands of times.

The studies that have been conducted to show how dcf really affects our children will astound you. One study that was done shows just how much danger our children are in when in the custody of DCF.

Imagine that, 6.4 children die at the hands of the very agencies that are supposed to protect them and only 1.5 at the hands of parents per 100,000 children. This disturbs me as it should everyone who just read those statitics. Those are innocent children who’s rights were violated by DCF. And it is happening in the United States of America! This is the topic that I want addressed in this election. But why should they, they are making good money from this agency.

All these children are making money at their young age for this agency and have to suffer to provide them with it. The one law that we must educate all parents from day one is : “Every subject has a right to be secure from all unreasonable searches, and seizures, of his person, his houses, his papers, and all his possessions. All warrants, therefore, are contrary to this right, if the cause or foundation for them be not previously supported by oath or affirmation; and if the order in the warrant to a civil officer, to make search in suspected places, or to arrest one or more suspected persons, or to seize their property, be not accompanied with a special designation of the persons or objects of search, arrest, or seizure: and no warrant ought to be issued but in cases, and with the formalities prescribed by the laws.” This simply put means that they cannot come into your home and take your children without the proper legal documents stating from a judge that they have custody of your child. If they do not provide you with those papers, then they are committing a crime punishable by law! They cannot even put their hands on your children at that point. The police officers that they are required to bring with them are also breaking the law because they do not ask to see the legal papers that allows them to remove the children. I thought that their job required them to uphold the law not break it.

I would hope that one of the candidates for president will put on his agenda to stop all the crimes committed against our children whose rights are not recognized by the Department of Children and Family services here in the United States of America. I will make a promise to all our children that I will never stop fighting for their rights and will do my best to hold this government responsible for all the crimes allowed to be committed by this agency. Until this issue is addressed I will never vote for a president. So they can keep debating on our debts and pushing our future leaders rights aside but its falling on my deaf ears. I will vote when a candidate states I will fix the issues concerning our children because we owe them that much since we are the ones that screwed it up! Whoever you are you have my vote!

On Tuesday, January 3, 2012, I found the Hartford Courant article on the Bristol Police Department.  Someone else told me to get the Sunday’s paper which also has an article.  I will.

For years I came to meetings which includes the city council meetings, behind the scenes, reporting these incidents of misconduct by police and other city officials only to have city officials say they didn’t happen.  Then, when some corrupt individuals kept coming to my house to harass us, I had no other choice but to speak out publicly…any means necessary to protect my family.  My youngest son had a nervous breakdown from the events which includes false arrests; abduction of my grandson; loss of my job and a host of other negative events due to standing up to defend my rights.

Well, with nothing else further to say to you, the article written by Don Stacum, proves that everything I said was true.  City officials wanted everyone to believe that my complaints were only about my housing.  However, you and all city officials knew that it was also about the NAACP.

I am owed an apology.  Are city officials big enough to say, “I’m sorry!”  Let’s see if Chief Osanitch is correct…WE HAVE CHANGED!  Healing the city also takes on your ability to be able to stand up with courage to say I was wrong….otherwise, we’ll see these same acts again.  Cowards never change.  Courageous people continuously grow stronger with each challenge they confront.

Below please find “PROOF” of my story regarding the City of Bristol.  It is interesting to know that many people have been arrested and/or went to jail during these times of crisis in the police department and with city officials.  Some of these people were innocent but couldn’t afford an attorney to get the charges dropped.  Now that the story has appeared in the Hartford Courant, the next question is, “Is anybody going to be arrested for lying to federal and state authorities when people like me came forward to report the illegal and unlawful acts?  I wonder if there is a difference between “color” and “have nots” in Connecticut?

Furthermore, you also have proof in this article that there was a “Nigger Free Radio Station.”  I believe that our government should call for a full investigation of all the people who have been stopped, harassed, arrested and/or sent to jail in Bristol.  And yes, I AM OWED A PUBLIC APOLOGY BUT WON’T HOLD MY BREATH WAITING FOR IT.  City officials don’t have a backbone that big yet!  And it’s sad that as Former President of the NAACP, I stood up and defended people against these illegal acts only to have my family further attacked not only by city officials in Bristol but numerous others including state officials.  You have a copy of my Motion To Correct Errors: Fundamental Unfairness that outlines the events.  Now let’s see what the Court does with that!  This article only enhances my story as it is not “I” who wrote the story.

After Years Of Embarrassments, Bristol Police Start Reclaiming Their Department

For 51/2 years, the department suffered through lazy or inept supervisors, an abusive captain with a drinking problem and a retired-on-the-job detective. One patrol officer was arrested after allegedly choking his pregnant girlfriend at Disney World, and another was charged with drunkenly smashing a cruiser into a utility pole.

Outside investigators failed to prove an accusation that off-duty officers broadcast racist slurs over a basement radio station, but veterans privately conceded it was true. An animal control officer drowned a wounded cat in a bucket. Civilian complaints of brutality rose, and morale among honest officers eroded.

A clique of politically popular officers appeared to violate rules with impunity, while most of the force adopted a code of “do your work, keep your head down and go home.” Through it all, top commanders ignored, denied or covered up problem after problem.

Politicians followed suit: The city council simply pretended nothing was wrong. One mayor spent two years lamenting how a few city streets were cluttered with abandoned utility poles, but said not a word as his police department devolved into dysfunction. The police board, loaded with political appointees assigned to keep watch over the agency, argued instead about parking fines or barking dog complaints.

Supervisors privately described a tone of secretiveness and paranoia at headquarters in those years.

Commanders angrily demanded retribution each time bad news leaked out, yet rarely punished the ones who created the crises. Whistleblowers and internal investigators were accused of disloyalty at staff meetings or frozen out of promotions. Even so, many officers, outraged by favoritism and mismanagement, risked their careers by discreetly telling the truth to politicians and the press.

A Glastonbury couple accused of sexually abusing their adopted children made their first appearance at Manchester Superior Court Thursday.

On Wednesday, police arrested George Harasz, 48, and Douglas Wirth, 43, both of Williams Street East after two separate investigations into the allegations in February and August. The couple runs a dog breeding business in Glastonbury.

According to the state Department of Children and Families, the couple adopted nine children from three separate sibling groups between 2001 and 2008.

Wirth is out on bond. His partner George Harasz is expected to bond out by tonight.

In the meantime, friends and family insist the couple never did anything wrong.

The parents of Wirth did not speak after he was arraigned on sex assault charges, and neither did he after he was bonded out.

The brother and friends of Wirth’s partner, Harasz, did have something to say in connection with charges.

“They’re good guys. From everything I’ve seen over a decade of time, they’re good parents,” said Richard Harasz, the brother of Harasz.

Police cannot share a lot of information about the case because it involves minors, and sex assault allegations.

Richard Harasz though, believes he has an idea about why this all happened

“Because of money. I think it’s all because it’s money driven,” he said.

DCF Commissioner Joette Katz said the children have been removed from the home and that the agency was able to keep them together with their biological siblings.

Katz called the allegations against the couple “shocking and appalling.”

“I hope that going forward, we can make horrible incidents like this as rare as humanly possible,” Katz said in a press release.

Harasz is charged with:

• Third-degree sexual assault
• Aggravated sexual assault
• Risk of injury to a minor (two counts)
• Cruelty to persons

Harasz is being held in lieu of $100,000 bond.

Wirth has been charged with:

“Pimping Ain’t Always Easy, but it’s always fun”. What used to be some funny lyrics in a rap song has taken a serious turn in events when an on duty CT state Police Officer took those words to heart.  CT State Police Officer, or shall I say former police officer Kenneth Nieves has been arrested for sexual assault.

After an internal investigation was started due to allegations that Officer Kenneth Nieves had sexual conduct with multiple women including a 14 year old girl, yes please don’t look back I will say it again a 14 year old girl while on duty!

While his arrest warrant is only 3 pages long (shhhh probably because the corrupt police look out for each other) it is still filled with many fun and utterly disgusting facts like that the relationship with this 14 year old girl went on for 4 years.  It also stated that “Nieves told the victim, ‘You can never tell anyone about this, I would lose my job and go to jail,’”.

Yeah no shit you pedophile, that is usually what happens when you are a filthy pig and break the law, if anyone should know that I would think an officer who swore to uphold the law and protect the fair citizens of this state would.

Luckily since all his crimes were minor, and he didn’t abuse his authority as a State Police officer he was released on a $50,000 bond and told “You better stay away from those people!”  Wait, the only true part of that last sentence was his release information, the rest is a big fat lie, he used CT tax payer dollars to hump half the women in Norwich CT including a 14 year old girl, wtf is wrong with these people.

Sorry for the lack of creativity in this writeup but you just can’t do much with a crooked cop who broke multiple laws and will probably skate on most the charges how pathetic can this state be.

The system is rigid, strict and hopeless… and I believe it to be cruel and wrong…I hold this slow and daily tampering with the mysteries of the brain to be immeasurably worse than any torture  of the body.

This was something sent to me by someone so very close to my heart, but so far away, it is strength and hope that keeps the spirit going. Sometimes all we have is hope, and the knowing that the system is cruel and wrong.

DCF does horrible inhumane things.. as if we are not human and do not feel. They push people, families children to places. The mental abuse that ct dcf and all states dcf put people through should be against the law. But as we know they think they are above the law. They do more harm than good. And will continue to hurt children and families as long as we continue to allow them to.

I know a lot of people have lost hope, but there is hope, and find it within yourself to get the courage for a fight for the rights that people have fought so hard for. We are just a number for the ct dcf, and young children carry a dollar sign on their head. It is only us, the victims that can stop what they are doing. Take all the hate and anger inside of yourselves for what they have done and turn it into something positive. They WILL NOT STOP UNLESS THEY ARE FORCED TO.

It is so very important to share your story, there are people that follow this site and what is put up here, they are paying attention, they are aware that people are fed up. This is not something corruptct can fight alone, it is about uniting, standing ground, and unite.

This did not happen in CT but I thought I would post it because it shows how some people do actually need the government to step in and help them care for their families.

In Hazel Dell Washington a Mom has been arrested for trying to sell her baby at a local taco bell.

Police say Heidi Gasaway tired to sell her newborn for as little as $500.

“I just don’t understand how she would take a baby like that and try to sell it,” said Oliver Morris, owner of Kay Motel, where Gasaway was arrested Friday.

Morris had rented a room to Gasaway and noticed that she had a newborn with her.

“She was trying to sell the baby to get some money so she could skip town, go someplace else so she could start a new life,” Morris said.

According to court documents, Gasaway approached a woman at a nearby Taco Bell and made the offer, and the asking price was between $500 and $5,000.

The woman refused and called 911 when Gasaway left. The police arrested her at the motel.

Gasaway is charged with a Class C felony and faces up to five years in prison if convicted.

“At least the baby’s alive, let’s put it that way,” Morris said. “I would rather see the baby taken into foster care rather than her try and get rid of it some other way and skip town.”

The baby is now is state custody.

Having no information can sometimes be a horrible thing, but I beg to ask you, what is worse, not having information, or having incorrect information, or as I like to call it misinformation.  The following is taken from wikipedia.org.

Misinformation is false or inaccurate information that is spread unintentionally. It is distinguished from disinformation by motive in that misinformation is simply erroneous, while disinformation, in contrast, is intended to mislead.

Makkai proposes the distinction between misinformation and disinformation to be a defining characteristic of idioms in the English language. An utterance is only idiomatic if it involves disinformation, where the listener can decode the utterance in a logical, and lexically correct, yet erroneous way. Where the listener simply decodes the lexemes incorrectly, the utterance is simply misinformation, and not idiomatic.

Damian Thompson defines counter knowledge as “misinformation packaged to look like fact.”  Using the definition above, this may refer to disinformation, as the motive is deliberate and often pecuniary.

In this post I am going to get into 2 situations where misinformation has caused not only time and money, but also emotional distress and all because CT is too lazy to update their website properly.

Currently the CT DMV doesn’t even accept live calls, you either need to use the website or you need to call and go through this maze of automated systems which gets you no where, and this is where my first rant and rave about ct and how not only are they corrupt, but they are lazy, outdated and have no care for the average citizen.
